The first step was redesigning their website. Although it was already good, it needed some elevation to become more user-friendly and visually captivating. We focused on enhancing the user experience and filling the site with stunning imagery to let their delicious pizzas speak for themselves.

Our goal was to create a beautiful and seamless experience for participants of the online course. We designed an easy-to-follow, interactive walkthrough of the course, presented step-by-step to guide users smoothly. Complete with bonus content, the platform makes it incredibly simple for people to sign up and complete their pizza-making journey!
Email Automation to Match
The next step was creating email flows to help Mattia’s Pizza nurture their customers. We developed several automated sequences, including a New Enquiry Flow, a Download Recipe Flow, a Confirmed Masterclass Flow, and a Re-Engagement Flow. Each email was crafted with a playful tone to match the website, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.

Since the relaunch, we’ve been working closely with Mattia’s Pizza, helping them fine-tune their business goals and vision. We’re also running Facebook ads to keep a steady flow of new participants signing up for their online courses every month!
